Notes on videos:
- These videos show ALL Synchro Canada skills (including bridges/headstands, which Ontario will NOT be testing)
- For any in-Club testing, Clubs may test skills individually, or as a full routine (one skill after another) as shown in the video
- Athletes in the videos are not necessarily performing each skill perfectly – the aim was to show a variety of ages and skills (how each athlete SHOULD be scored is demonstrated via the circled competencies/total scores shown in the videos).
