2022 Provincial Teams Job Posting
Ontario Artistic Swimming (OAS) is now accepting coach applications for the 2022 11-12 Provincial Team, 2022 13-15 Provincial Team, and 2022 Junior Provincial Team, which will each consist of 1 position of HEAD COACH (paid), 1 position of ASSISTANT COACH (paid) and 1 position of APPRENTICE COACH (unpaid/volunteer). Coaches will report directly to the OAS Technical Director who will oversee and monitor the teams.

- The Head & Assistant Coach positions will be paid an honorarium, with competition travel, accommodation, and meal expenses paid for by OAS.
- The Apprentice Coach position will be an unpaid volunteer position and development opportunity. Attendance at the Final Selection Camp and the Training Camp is mandatory.
The Head, Assistant and Apprentice Coaches must:
- Be CAC-certified at the minimum qualification as per the Job Descriptions.
- Have NLS-Pool and SFA/CPR-C (Required for Head Coach & Assistant Coach, asset for Apprentice Coach).
- Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders certification, complete NCCP Making Head Way in Sport and NCCP Making Ethical Decisions modules.
- Have a current Police Record Check, Respect in Sport certification, signed waiver, and other signed documents as per Ontario Artistic Swimming Policies.
- Have a current Driver’s License.
- Be member in good standing with the Association
- Be a mature, knowledgeable, and experienced coach (Head & Assistant Coach)
- A suitable ambassador of our province at both training events and at competition
- Other credentials as per the Job Descriptions
APPLICATION PROCESS

Interview date: Interviews will be held virtually and will be scheduled to take place between January 24-February 11.
All interviews and the determination of successful candidates are at the discretion of the 2022 Provincial Teams Hiring Committee which will be comprised of the Executive Director, the Technical Director, and the Sport Development Specialist.
