HOW TO REGISTER
As of July 2022, OAS has launched its new H2OReg club registration system. This new system streamlines annual club registration, providing a better and more efficient process, reducing the administrative burden on clubs, and improving overall compliance with CAS and OAS policies.

REGISTER AN ATHLETE
All athletes participating in sanctioned artistic swimming programs or activity (virtual or in-person) on or after September 1, 2023 must be registered on H2OReg. This ensures they are insured to take part in any artistic swimming activity.
Athletes (or their parent or guardian in the case of a minor) must register themselves, pay their applicable OAS and CAS fees via the online H2O registration process, and have an ISSUED status on H2OReg by the deadline of September 30, 2023 to be insured and eligible to participate.
OAS also requires that one parent or guardian of ALL Competitive athletes (including Regional League) under 18 years of age at the date of registration register in the Volunteer role. Please see the Registration Guide for Volunteers for further information.
