Ontario Artistic Swimming (OAS) is excited to announce openings for Apprentice Coaches to work with our 2023 Provincial Teams. Coaches will work alongside the 2023 Provincial Team staff and gain experience working with high performance athletes and coaches. There are 3 different opportunities available. Coaches can apply for multiple opportunities. For each opportunity, accommodations will be provided and travel to and from the camps will be reimbursed up to $300. These positions are unpaid.

Junior HP Academy Preparation and Development Camp
June 1-3, 2023
Senior National Team Training Centre, Montreal QC
Youth and 12U Provincial Team Training Camps: Week One
July 3-9, 2023
Markham Pan-Am Centre
Youth and 12U Provincial Team Training Camps: Week Two
July 10-16, 2023
Markham Pan-Am Centre
General Requirements:
• Be minimum CAC Competition Introduction–Trained.
• Have current SFA/CPR-C certification.
• Have all certifications and qualifications for a registered coach as per the CAS Coach Registration and Certification Policy.
• Be member in good standing with the Association.
• Be a suitable ambassador of our Provincial Team program.

Applications must include a resume and a cover letter outlining which Apprentice Coach opportunity(ies) you are interested in and what you hope to learn from the experience. You may be asked to provide copies of your current certifications.
