Injury Experience Survey
OAS has been tracking injuries amongst all participants for 3 full seasons. The goal of this injury tracking program is to better understand how injuries occur during artistic swimming participation, in order to develop effective injury prevention strategies. OAS is dedicated to protecting the health and safety of all participants in artistic swimming in Ontario, and improving their experience in the sport. As part of that mission, we need to hear from you about your experiences with injuries in artistic swimming.
Please fill out the following survey before Saturday, August 22 at 11:59 p.m. The survey will take you 5-10 minutes to complete, and will ask you some questions about yourself and your experience with injuries sustained through participation in artistic swimming. All responses are anonymous and will be used for scientific purposes only. The results of this survey will be used to inform improvements to OAS programming and resources. If you are an athlete under the age of 16, please have your parent or guardian assist you.
All coaches who engage in and complete the survey will receive 1 professional development (PD) point and each athlete will be entered to win some OAS swag! The athlete draw will take place on Sunday August 23.
