OAS Announces Independent Third Party Safe Sport Officer
Ontario Artistic Swimming is dedicated to providing training and competition environments that are safe, inclusive, and welcoming for everyone including athletes and coaches.
OAS Safe Sport-related policies and processes can be found on our Safe Sport page. This includes the Conduct Policy that sets out our organizational values, expectations, and prohibited behaviour.
A key component of a safe environment is the existence of an independent dispute resolution mechanism where complaints, allegations, and reports of breaches of OAS policies can be received and heard.
OAS has engaged the services of an Independent Safe Sport Officer who will work with you through the complaints process. We understand how important it is to have options when it comes to reporting issues in a safe and secure way
