Breakfast with Brittany

This is a chance to have some fun in your kitchen! Joins us Monday march 22, at 7 p.m. to learn how to make Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothies with Brittany.

Brittany is a Registered Dietitian and completed her Master of Science in Foods and Nutrition from Western University in 2014. She grew up a competitive hockey player and became interested in the impact that eating certain foods before games had on her performance. She works as a nutrition contractor with the Canadian Sport Institute of Ontario and is the Registered Dietitian at the David Braley Sport Medicine and Rehabilitation Centre at McMaster University.

All OAS athletes are welcome to register.  Registration closes Saturday March 20 at 4 p.m.

The recipe and ZOOM link will be sent to all registrants shortly after the registration window closes.

Please note: This recipe requires a blender! Each at athlete will need to have a blender at their disposal to participate.
