Summer is coming to a close and we are ramping up for the upcoming season! This edition of the OAS Coach’s Toolbox is the last one of the Summer and will focus on the CAS 2021 Competition Season Guiding Principles. These Guiding Principles will be used over the course of the next competition season to make event-related decisions as the situation evolves.
The areas of emphasis that were selected for these Guiding Principles include safety, embracing the new normal, being adaptable, supporting the sport, shifting our focus and providing certainty. It is important that each coach takes a minute to read through these Guiding Principles so they understand the thought process behind decisions being made regarding the 2021 competition season.
