REFEREES
Referees govern the conduct of each sanctioned competition. Judge certification is required to become an OAS Referee.

All officials wishing to become a Level I and II Referee are required to take the Level I and II Judging courses respectively.
Level III Judge and Referee promotions are selected on a nomination basis by the Ontario Officials Committee. Level IV and V Judge and Referee promotions are determined by the National Officials Committee. UANA and FINA appointments are selected by the CAS External Relations Committee.
