Please also refer to the OAS Amendment to CAS Discipline and Complaint Policy & Procedure that provides:

OAS or an Affiliated Organization may appoint the Complaint Triage Officer to act as the Complaint Manager for the same matter; and

OAS will publish the Discipline Panel’s written decision for Major Infractions on the OAS website unless determined otherwise by the Discipline Panel.

Please also refer to the OAS Amendment to CAS Appeal Policy that provides:

The notice of appeal of any decision rendered by an OAS Affiliated Organization shall be submitted to the OAS Executive Director.

Any appeal of a decision rendered by an OAS Affiliated Organization shall be administered by the OAS Case Manager or delegated to an independent third party acting as Case Manager under the direction of the Executive Director.
